'We were charged for a room with a city-view balcony, but the view actually faced a wall directly across from us. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning; everything is old and in dire need of maintenance.'

'Friendly staff, great beds and a Spacious room. Food and service in the restaurant is excellent! Poolbar is a nice touch. Two pools available, unfortunately not enough beds at the pool. '
