'We want to thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace, the TV the amenities and the backyard for snugs. We sure had the best time and saw quite a few places. Paula'

'This property has a great view and is a great size. The ice machine was broken and the master bath shoer leaked a little but otherwise everything was clean and worked great. '

'We absolutely love this house! We’ve been back twice now because it’s so great.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Ranch House. You get long-range views with incredible sunrises and sunsets. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Tons of places to explore and hike in the area. Easy trip to town for restaurants, groceries, etc.'

'Great home with a beautiful view and a great host.'

'This property was perfect for our trip to The Wave. It was very comfortable for our group of six and was close to The Wave. It was well supplied and quiet. We would definitely stay again if in the area.'

'Love it!'

'Property was very nice, clean and equipped with all basic necessities. Host was easy to reach by messaging. Property was very homey and comfortable and being per-friendly with EV charging was a big plus. Would highly recommend this property to other people looking for a home away from home. '

'Property is beautiful. Has everything needed for a great stay!'

'Beautiful home. 10 out of 10 experience'

'The house was very nice and roomy. If I could change a few things they would be the living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on. A bbq grill would have been nice. A manual should be provided. Overall I would give it a 8.5 out of 10 only because of the bbq grill however we will definitely be back again. We loved the Bull ELK hanging on the wall as we are avid hunters and the golf decorations were a nice touch as that is the reason we were there was for a golf tournament at Lake Powell...

'Second time staying here and will come back when in the area! Very clean and spacious and great location!'

'Amazing place. You can't go wrong. Great host!! Thank you.'

'Host was very accommodating and fast communication!'

'We had a great time with our family (party of 12). There was so much fun stuff for the kids to play with and we really miss the sunsets by the firepit! What a beautiful property and the host was super responsive to any needs.'

'This was an EXCELLENT property in ALL aspects!! The interior is top notch! We did not want to leave and will definitely be back!!'
