'The house was very nice and roomy. If I could change a few things they would be the living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on. A bbq grill would have been nice. A manual should be provided. Overall I would give it a 8.5 out of 10 only because of the bbq grill however we will definitely be back again. We loved the Bull ELK hanging on the wall as we are avid hunters and the golf decorations were a nice touch as that is the reason we were there was for a golf tournament at Lake Powell...

'I loved this little place. It was pretty simple, but it was clean and conveniently located. Check in was super easy. You may hear the side by sides going off to play early in the morning, but it was a pleasant reminder of where I was and the adventures around me.'

'Perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet, open, light filled property. Loved hanging out on the back deck and watching the light change on the landscape. A real value for two couples (and two king bedrooms!) rather than staying in chain motels. Don't hesitate. '
