They sent me a text the day of saying I needed 4wd, which I didn’t have and it woulda been too late anyway. They sent me an email, which I skimmed because I am busy, that talked about dining but was not for our site. Besides the communication issues. We LOVED our experience.'

'You definitely need your own transportation, there’s one restaurant that had really good food the Outlook, the property itself was wonderful nice relaxing Jan and Scott had breakfast for us every morning. It was very helpful of what to see while you were there.. I definitely recommend driving to Burr Canyon. '

'Very cool property... the rooftop hot tub was awesome. The location is about 20 minutes from Springdale and Zion National Park. There is only one restaurant near by so we did drive into Springdale a few times to eat.'
