You’ll be within walking distance to the expansive lakeshore where you can venture out onto the wooden pier, overlooking the tranquil waters with a picnic lunch or snapping photos of the vibrant sunset. When you’re ready to hit the slopes, you’ll be just 10 minutes from the peaks of the Heavenly Mountain Resort, while Stateline and South Lake Tahoe provide a variety of options to shop, dine, and even try your luck at glittering casinos.

The home’s stunning interior offers the perfect blend of wood-centric ski lodge vibes alongside modern furnishings and amenities to maximize your well-earned downtime. Back upstairs, the kitchen is a chef’s delight, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite homecooked meals in the convenience of home. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the office, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the first floor living space.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes 2 half bathrooms as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
