'Staff was there for my check in'

'We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great.'

'Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.'

'We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...

'Clean property close to campus and restaurants. Perfect for families visiting OSU.'

'My hotel room TV would not let me use any streaming apps, when I called the front desk the representative was very rude and unhelpful. Without streaming, the TV only had around 40 channels, so the options for watching were abysmal. I switched hotels after one night.'

'The staff are all phenomenal. The breakfast was home cooked! The only place we have ever stayed that continued adding fresh food to the buffet minute before the official end of breakfast. Thank-you Wanda. Our room was really clean and we stay there every time we visit grandkids. There was only one problem and I reported it to management. We are seniors and the non-skid strips on shower floors have worn out and are slippery. Scary for old folks like us.'
