'het hotel ligt op behoorlijke afstand van de stad nabij de dana bay die overigens schitterend is. dus je moet hier niet zijn voor uitgaansleven en een auto is eigenlijk wel onontbeerlijk. want winkels zijn niet nabij. voor oudere kinderen ook niet zo geschikt die er zelf op uit willen: alles is te ver weg.'

'Betty’s Boutique is a lovely building with quirky rooms and several communal areas to sit, including two bars and a lovely garden. We stayed in the Spa room which was nicely decorated and comfortable with a big bath & separate shower. The room had all the necessary amenities and was spotlessly clean. Marcia gave us a warm welcome on arrival and showed us around. We decided after a long drive to stay in for dinner and had the lasagna & garlic bread which was delicious. "The hotel unfortunately is a bit run down, neglected maintenance and during our stay they were renovating Spa (closed), Lifestyle Center (closed), phone system & water system (brownish at times) which is a lot at one time. We found the entry exit procedure extremely annoying, scan vehicle, scan drivers licence, call hotel to open barrier and when they don't pick up you're left there standing. Each and every time you leave! Also ocean view (at extra cost) from our room very debatable as the golf course in front is completely built with private houses. They are your view! Chairs on our balcony full of bird droppings and not cleaned during 3 day stay, swimming towels not delivered to pool and...also annoying you can't book anything to your room so need to carry your card at all times. All in all definitely not a 4 star experience. "
