'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'This low rating is due to the valet service for the hotel. They wrecked my truck and promised to complete repair but i have been jumping through hoops for 2 months. Now i cannot even get an email reply or call back from the valet service company. They even still charged me the valet nightly fee! Other than that, the stay was above average. Clean hotel, decent breakfast, and comfortable bed.'

'The Hyatt Place in Downtown Houston offers spacious clean rooms and a nice breakfast in the mornings. Located in a busy Downtown location, the hotel offers valet parking at a steep price. During busy times, it could be very hectic. We sat in our car in the middle of the street for 15 min before we were able to hand our car over. Valet personnel however were courteous and helpful. The surrounding area is a little sketchy at night.'
