Authentieke grote Colorado hut dicht bij de rivier de Roaring Fork

Grote 3200 vierkante voet naar huis. Zeer afgelegen veel dicht bij het centrum van Glenwood Springs. Binnen is er een volledig vernieuwde keuken met verbeterde apparatuur en voldoende zitplaatsen. Er zijn twee grote woonkamers met tv's en veel zitplaatsen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer. Beneden is er nog een slaapkamer met een queen size bed, samen met een wandeling door kamer met een futon. Boven is er een grote kamer met een ander kingsize bed en een stapelbed met twee volledige bedden. Het zitgedeelte op de zolder heeft een uittrekbare bank. Buiten zijn er meerdere loungeruimtes, een bubbelbad, een vuurplaats en een barbecue. Perfect voor familie- of vriendenbijeenkomsten!

Ons huis ligt op enkele minuten afstand van Cavern's Adventure Park, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Yampah Caves, Historic Hotel Colorado en Hotel Denver.

Skizonlicht ligt op 15 minuten van ons huis, een geweldige berg om te skiën of snowboarden. U bent ook slechts 45 minuten van de stad Aspen, die ook verbazingwekkende bergen en prachtige landschappen heeft. Onze favoriete plek om te bekijken is Maroon Bells (dit is eigenlijk een van de meest gefotografeerde bestemmingen in Amerika).

Grote parkeerplaatsen. Gelegen dicht bij de rivier de Roaring Fork, fietspaden, winkels, restaurants en entertainment. Zeer schoon en netjes. We zijn trots op dit huis en hopen dat je zult zien hoe goed we elk klein detail onderhouden. We willen dat je het gevoel hebt dat dit ook jouw thuis is!

Adult Family Christmas Getaway

Absolutely beautiful property inside and out. Enjoyed watch the squirrels and birds at the birdfeeders. Kitchen was more than adequately supplied. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing!

Fall family getaway

Our family of 9 including 5 adults and 4 kids under 11 enjoyed a wonderful reunion at this amazing property. The cabin is spacious yet cozy and is fully equipped with supplies for cooking, dining, relaxing and playing. We loved the Glenwood Hot Springs, local hiking trails, playgrounds and good restaurants, all within a 5 minute ride from cabin. We hope to return again.

Wonderful Cabin

Our family loved the cabin! It is in a great location and proximity to everything. The cabin gives you the secluded feel while still being in town and we loved being close to the river. Our family especially loved the hot tub and air hockey table. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this cabin if we travel back to Glenwood! Great house and yard

The house is comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the back porch, yard, landscaping, and hot tub. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet area and there were deer on the property in the morning. The kids loved the air hockey table.

We had a wonderful time at this beauty of a cabin. The location to all things in Glenwood was perfect. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table and the little ones enjoyed the toys. It was super relaxing to be surrounded by pine trees and and mountain views. Thank you!

Family gathering

We loved the house. The size was perfect for our large group. Everyone had plenty of space. Sleeping arrangements were excellent. We were able to have meals together because there was great seating space around the bar and table. The house stayed well cooled with the window units and because the weather was wonderful we were able to open the windows for great breeze. The hot tub was an excellent way to relax in the evenings . All in all, we had a wonderful accommodations with the house and the grounds all around! We loved the location as well. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the view from the bridge! BEAUTIFUL!! Awesome house after 2 stays!

Thank you for yet another fantastic stay! This was our second summer staying there. This property acommodates our large group of 5 kids and 6 adults very well! Easy to follow instructions, very clean, great communication with the owners, gorgeous grounds, lots of hang out spots, room for each family group (3) to have their own space, lots of eating spots in the dining and kitchen area, easy to use appliances, covered parking.. the list goes on. Oh, and the air hockey table kept the kids very busy!

The perfect getaway!

We just returned from a guys golf weekend getaway! It couldn’t have been more perfect! The beautiful Colorado weather, gorgeous golf courses and the BEST cabin! It was super close to town which was a plus as well. You can tell that Kim and Brian take pride in their cabin! It was spotless, decorated cute and came equipped with everything we needed! Fishing was just a walk down the path & a few of the guys caught (& released) some nice trout. The only thing that we can see needs an upgrade, is the coffee pot took forever to brew. Literally everything was great! If you’re looking to visit and stay in Glenwood, look no further!

Authentic log cabin

My family of 8 enjoyed staying in this wonderful log cabin. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house has plenty of towels and basic necessities. I especially enjoyed the faint smell of the wood of the cabin. It's hard to explain but I found to be very cozy and lovely. The yard is very private being the corner lot. It is a good size yard and my kids enjoyed exploring it. Right behind the house, up on the hill is the road that gets you to this subdivision. It's mostly quiet during the day but can be a little noisy in the mornings. The house has central heat but only window units for the cooling. We were here during the hottest week of the year (so far), the temperatures were in mid 90s. The two air-conditioner units will keep the house cool but the unit upstairs is very loud, so we couldn't use it at night and it got very hot. On the other hand, some people prefer sleeping with a constant white noise. Overall, it didn't spoil our stay, just an FYI. It is an authentic cabin and this is what I was looking for and expected some quirks. I would stay here again!

Adventures in Glenwood Springs

Besides being able to spend 4 days visiting with my sister, her husband, her son, grandson & other family members, My grown children & their families enjoyed hiking to Hanging Lake, exploring Maroon Bells, the caves & amusement park. Some of them also climbed with Bonnie to the cross where parasailing was. Vaudeville Review was a lot of fun.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

This is a wonderful place to stay. The landscaping is beautiful, and our grandchildren had a great time exploring the area! The cabin is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room to visit, play games, watch tv or just relax on the front or back porch. Close to shopping and activities. Would definitely stay again!
