Maak een ontspannen wandeling over de Grand Avenue-brug om de unieke winkels, cafés en uitstekende eetgelegenheden te bekijken. Beide Hot Springs Pools, het gondelstation in het Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Two Rivers Park en talrijke wandel- en fietspaden liggen op korte loopafstand van dit huis! Met het prachtig gerenoveerde en nieuw ingerichte interieur, zitjes buiten en centrale ligging, is dit huis de perfecte thuisbasis! Dit eeuwenoude huis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is volledig gerenoveerd en heeft alle comfort van thuis! Het hoogste niveau is voorzien van modern meubilair en inrichting met een open plattegrond, een gezellige woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eethoek met plaats voor 8 personen.

De grote slaapkamer en de driepersoonskamer met stapelbedden bevinden zich op de hoofdverdieping, met een gedeelde badkamer. Het bovenste niveau beschikt over een slaapkamer met een queensize bed, een badkamer en een mediaruimte.

Het grote terras en de zitplaatsen buiten zijn een geweldige plek om te ontspannen aan het einde van een avontuurlijke dag. Speel een potje jeu de boules op het kleine privéveld, kruip rond de vuurplaats om s'mores te maken, maak een korte wandeling over het pad in de achtertuin of ontspan en geniet van de zonsondergang en een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende bergen en de stad.

Glenwood Springs

The location of the house in Glenwood Springs was fantastic. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen table was great for both eating and playing games. There were books and toys, which was very nice. We didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be coffee provided and one bathroom didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner, and since we had flown in and were only staying two nights in this location, that was inconvenient. The stairs going to the upper level might be tricky for some. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed watching the marmots and birds from the very nice deck.

The property was very cute; beds were very comfortable , showers where wonderful! House was clean and inviting and the outside sitting areas were very relaxing. But on a different level it felt like several things needed some attention: The fridge seemed like it needed replaced: the ice maker didn't work, the fridge seemed to have a hard time staying cold or getting any thing more than cool, and the outside of the fridge looked like it had been in a hailstorm. The trim throughout the house looked like it could use some new paint and some looked as if it was just the primed boards quickly placed with nothing else done, this was also the case with the downstairs bedroom closet doors.Several spots on the floor had gaps and looked unfinished. Also spots on the living room walls were missing paint where chairs had rubbed on the walls. These were not deal breakers, all in all it was very enjoyable and comfortable. I was just surprised to see these things because the price for this seemed on the high side, mostly from added fees for cleaning and maintenance, which I assume was due to it being done through" key link". Several of the windows where also missing screens.I did get quick responses when reaching out to them, but I was a little surprised to see some pretty visible areas and items needing obvious attention, that they didn't seem to be getting! Felt like those fees where going into someone's pocket, not maintenance! I would think twice about a place that uses " keylink again.

Great spot in Glenwood!

We enjoyed our mini-vacay in this great house in Glenwood! Location was fabulous - we only drove to the ski resort, walked everywhere else. And the house was cute and comfortable. Our teens loved the crazy staircase and upstairs space. We'd stay again!It would be good to note in the description that the TV is upstairs since those stairs are not necessarily accessible to all...you'd have to see to understand. Wasn't an issue for us, but certainly could be for some, especially in winter when the outside stairs would be a less desirable option.

Great Location in Glenwood Springs

While our trip was short, we had a great time spending a weekend with family in Glenwood Springs. This property was clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. We walked to the Colorado Hotel and checked out their holiday displays and then walked downtown. Exploring The Caverns and soaking at Iron Mountain Hot Springs were fun adventures and were very close to the property. One of the highlights of the trip were the Bighorn Sheep that came down the mountain on the first morning we were there. They were right outside of the kitchen window in the morning and spent most of the day on the hillside.

Perfect House for Family!

Great location! Can walk to the hot springs and downtown. Had some wildlife visitors which the kids loved. Upstairs is great for separate space. My dad stayed up there and basically had his own apartment. House does get warm, but there were a couple fans to use. The stairs to go upstairs are narrow and steep, so if you have mobility issues, you'd want to plan to stay in the two bedrooms downstairs.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linden Lodge. Close to so many different activities and restaurants. A lot within walking distance. Beautiful home and well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Loved it.

Awesome place!!

We had a great time. It was a large space but still cozy. We enjoyed the location to everything as well as loved seeing big horn sheep stroll by outside the kitchen window. Beds are cozy, showers were warm, and would totally recommend!

Owners have done a great job making use of all the space. Updated kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Kids loved the separated bunk beds - great fort making opportunity. It could use a better hangout space with TV downstairs. Location is very close to Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot springs. Quick drive downtown.

We stayed 5 nights at this property and it was a lovely house and a great location for: hiking (hanging lake); rafting (walk 5 mins to a company that uses the Shoshone); glenwood adventure park is a 5 min walk; walk across the pedestrian bridge to glenwood town centre; walk to hot springs.

Book this house!

This house was wonderful! Our family of 6 (4 children ages 19, 15, 12, and 5) had plenty of space to spread out and still feel together. The deck is fantastic, I spent early mornings with our 5 year old playing games and late evenings with the teenagers chatting and laughing. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. There is no air conditioning (which I was nervous about) but a mid July stay had no issues feeling completely comfortable! The location was perfect and an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We highly recommend the family raft with Glenwood Adventures, Hanging Lake Hike, and Iron Spring Hot Springs!
