'I came back to my room after being gone all day to find the bed stripped with no sheets on it and the dirty linen spread around the room had to go down to the front desk to get linen and the bed made. The bathroom was not serviced either. At check out I asked would the poor service be reflected on my bill, two days later I have heard nothing back'

'Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location.'

'We rented a three bedroom room and it was perfect for our family of 5. Great customer service, rooms are well equipped with a kitchen and washer and dryer. My only complaint is that the hot water runs out quickly! Even with taking quick showers, two of our 5 people would have to take a cold shower! Just be aware. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. However, I would definitely book again.'
