'De kamer was netjes, de badkamer mocht iets schoner.'

'Didn’t get my refund back'

'Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.'

'I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.'

'This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.'

'It’s a wonderful place to stay'

'Wonderful place to stay! It was better than what I was expecting and everyone was very pleasant. Thank you!'

'A lovely place within walking distance of the Kemper and Nelson-Atkins. The room was lovely and had a nice sitting room and spacious shower.'

'Great historic hotel. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Quaint bar and restaurant with nightly jazz music. Will definitely stay here again.'

'I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.'

'Elevator was broken—there was no shower curtain in our room—we had to walk down stairs because of elevator being broke'
