'One of my worst experiences. I was there during the heat wave in Berlin and it was absolutely a heat dome inside the hotel with no AC anywhere and only a handful of table fans. I confirmed with the staff to arrange a fan for my room prior to my arrival and was denied one at the reception. There was no follow-up and no attempt or effort made to arrange this minimum requirement. In the last night there were random knocks in our hotel room and we were unable to even contact reception since there...

'Chambre propre et bien équipée. Parking ombragé'

'Vriendelijk personeel. Keurig modern hotel. Prima ligging tov metro en op loopafstand van allerlei restaurants en supermarkt. Hoewel aan drukkere weg geen last van geluidshinder. Verduisterrnde gordijnen en airco maakten verblijf prima en en tiptop in orde'

'Very comfortable hotel, close to the city centre and Sanssouci park'

'I am not totally satisfied: i got a room with two beds instead of a room with a king bed (what I booked). The room was warm and the airco is not able to cool it down to a temperature that I like, but only 5 'degrees'? from a central decided point. Why not giving me the option that I want my room at 18 degrees? Would be better. Now it was much too warm for me. Breakfast is good but crowded. You have to pay for the spa and swimming pool, but they are honest about it.'
