For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). 'This is a terrific accommodation option (Hawaii Apartments). The apartment was massive and of course all self contained with everything that you'd need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. The room was very clean and the balcony overlooking the pool area was a great day sleep area in the beautiful sun. Thank you to the staff who made our stay truly comfortable and the courtesy bus made life easier. Would certainly recommend and will stay again.'

'The cabin was cool and spacious and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Staff was very kind and responded immediately to any questions. We even got to leave our car in the guest parking another night during a tour. We just missed some basics like slightly better pans, a few more kitchen utensils and the laundry rack was very small. Wifi was not very strong but sufficient for the basics and cleaning likewise. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.'

'Prima plek voor een paar nachten. Het is niet heel dicht bij het strand gelegen of bij het centrum van Noosa. Het ligt in een rustige wijk. Het complex in netjes onderhouden. Het huisje wat wij hadden was van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima keuken en badkamer. Alles is wel wat oud, maar werkt. Een paar kleine dingen die opvielen. Niet alle lampen deden het op de slaapkamer, veel haakjes of deurklinken zitten los. Het was verder schoon en netjes. Je kunt je auto parkeren onder een overkapping die...

'Grote kamers, ietwat gedateerd. Lokatie is op een winkelterrein met veel parkeergelegenheid en handig voor het halen van wat eerste boodschappen. Loopafstand naar gezellige boulevard (ca. 8 min.). Door lokatie op winkelterrein moeilijk te vinden maar met wat vragen kom je er wel!'

'Don’t be put off by the drive in the property is beautiful the blue room I stayed in was large and well furnished with every amenity you could with for I spent my days swimming lengths and in the generous pool relaxing in the hot tub and watching the many wallaby’s munching on their grass. Don’t forget to book the three course meal the food was delicious. The treatments were also excellent. '

'A lovely modern property with great rooms. If there is one small criticism it’s the beds. They are very soft and luxurious with memory foam toppers but we prefer a firm bed without the topper so it was a bit warm. The room was lovely and warm even in the middle of winter. Will stay again '

'The only downfall was that all the restaurants close early, the one that was supposed to be open and do room service shut at 8pm but otherwise a fantastic stay. Just try to eat early. We had a wonderful big lunch so weren't hungry in time. All the food places in the area are lovely. The best part about this was you're on the beach and there's a hot tub where you can watch the beach. It was fantastic. Staff are lovely too.'
