'Very good hôtel very good location. Calm and clean with Nice people and staff'

'The food at Kava restaurant was excellent! Plenty of choice and great service. Especially by Manorama. The location is also perfect and nearby Golden Temple and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This was my second time at fairfield. It was great as usual '

'I booked using Expedia. However, communication with the hotel through this portal was poor as the hotel did not reply in a timely fashion and mostly gnored questions. Check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff at reception were polite and well spoken. The rooms were not set up on arrival to accomodate our 3 groups of 3. We had to ask for extra beds, towels and glasses. The safe was broken and needing fixing. The shower door did not close fully leading to water all over the...

'Wonderful green oasis in the center of the city, timeless and with lots of atmosphere, peaceful and quiet, beautiful garden and excellent staff'

'Neat and clean property'

'I will give Kudus to Aiyush the front desk Guy who made my stay comfortable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my need and make sure I had a comfortable stay. I’ll visit again just for Aiyush( not sure if I had a correct spelling of his name) Thanks Rajeev'

'Family Suites was convenient. Showers had too much pressure and caused water to go everywhere. They have calcium buildup.'

'Good '

'Very close to Golden Temple (50 yards). Shower head sprayed water all over. Main downside was unfriendly staff and limited English. Dog poop outside the steps of the hotel and some still there by evening. Great if you don’t need much interaction with staff. Don’t expect a lot if you do.'

'Not in a great neighborhood. No good dinner nearby. My room had no hot water in bathroom. Room was very cold so they brought me a space heater.'

'Terrazza panoramica stupenda con vista sul tempio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera non pulitissima'

'Very rude behavior, no smiling on staffs face at all, room like small box can't walk in the room, even not one window for natural light.I won't stay in this hotel again.:(. '

'The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple'

'Front desk Aman was very helpful, Rooms neat and clean'
