'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'About the best you can do in Tokyo for a family of five at this price point. We had a premium family room which had a bedroom with four single beds and a bunk bed crammed together, yet was surprisingly comfortable. There were closets which helped with luggage storage and a living area with table and banquettes and a built in counter with small stools. 'I like the location and amenities of this hotel. It's in a quiet neighborhood but is still easy to get to the main drag. The kitchen and washing machine are awesome. It has a microwave, rice cooker, and toaster oven. I used the kitchen every day to make breakfast. There are combini close by. '
