'There is nothing "grand" about the Grand Hotel... it's old smelling and grotty feeling. Carpets are old and worn, walls are curtains stained and dirty. The entire property has not been maintained and badly neglected. Very disappointing...For the prices that they charge the condition of the hotel is unacceptable. Would not recommend staying there.'
