Condo is new and very nice! When Called about fireplace not working, they could only file repair ticket (to wrong dept) so after no response that night, Tuesday, I called and texted a few times on Wednesday, since I couldn’t get call back. Finally I talked to a very determined person that stayed on phone until maintenance called me. When maintenance guy called, he apologized no one called Tuesday night, but he is off Mon-Tue. So don’t expect service Mon-Tue in Brookings Or. He could not get it to fire up (Someone should have tested it BEFORE we arrived.)
TV has tons off streaming but no local channels, which was fine, except wifi was weak with a lot of buffering while watching tv or using on mobile devices. They supply many items and dishes, but would be nice to supply coffee filters and placemats. Appliances top notch! Outdoor Barbecue is small 3 burner, but not very hot, so takes longer to grill steaks.

PHONE SUPPORT 3 (after about five phone calls they finally got the local handyman to call. They did not even know that the handyman did not work on Monday or Tuesday. Evidently they can only service you five days out of the seven days a week.)
COMPANY 4.5 ( They refunded an appropriate amount for detective fireplace) They are very good at texting you info before you arrive, if you can get in earlier than 4pm, easy checkout.
They charge less fees than the other Management Companies for same unit!
I recommend to check with Vacassa over other companies fist.
