'I have been traveling to the Oregon Coast once every two or three years for the last 20 years. This is by far the best combinatio of property and view that i have ever experienced. The home and property are beautiful well apponted and stunningly landscaped. And the view is just breathtaking. 'Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for! 'Great location and very clean rental. There was a slight odor in the unit, which may not bother most people — I’m just very sensitive to smells, and I think it might’ve come from the restaurant below. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.The only challenge was the narrow staircase leading up to the unit. It wouldn’t be an issue for light travelers, but I had a lot of luggage since my next stop was for a month, so it took a few trips to get everything upstairs.'

'Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River.
