'Room and hotel was clean, bed comfortable. It was nice to have a makeup mirror. On the first morning the breakfast was terrible, hardly any food and only instant coffee, however on 2nd day everything was good, so I don't know what happened the first day. When I checked in there were no washclothes in the room. I asked the front desk if house keeping could deliver some however I never got any until the 2nd day when housekeeping did the morning clean.'

'Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM.'

'As always our goto hotel for visiting LIU. Never disappoints. Great Bacharach history!'

'The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier.'
