'The tiny home is located right next to the Avon River South, which was flowing when we were there. The view across the farm is beaut but the real treat is at night when the stars come out, just amazing. Lachlan is an excellent host; friendly, quick with communication and helpful. I really recommend this place.'

'Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting. Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great. Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right. Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to.'

'We had a lovely stay at the Gum Tree hideaway. Communications were great from start to finish making everything stress free. The cabin was perfect, well presented and with super soft bed linen. The kitchenette was kitted out with all we needed and a highlight was a good BBQ. We travelled with our dog and he liked exploring the area around the cabin. It was very peaceful with the sound of Carnaby cockatoos over head. The perfect little get away. I would happily stay again. '

'Neither smoke alarm worked, notified on the first day, was in the pantry because the other one was broken. After 7 days of not fixing we left the property. She left a note about a recent fire in the house, didn't tell us prior to arriving.The old desil heater (decomissioned) still has vents that let cold air in throughout the house. It was so cold that my toddler wet himself through his nappy to his cot and his hands and feet were blue in the morning. Toilets didn't flush great on the first day...

"We verbleven in een ruim, schoon en licht vakantiehuis met twee slaapkamers, geboekt als de luxe versie. Het huis was compleet ingericht en bood fijne extra’s zoals een heerlijk groot bed, zeezicht en een zonnig terras – echt genieten! Toch viel het luxe aspect enigszins tegen. Mogelijk was het bubbelbad het kenmerkende luxe element, maar verder oogde het interieur wat gedateerd. De bank en tafels waren duidelijk versleten, wat jammer was. Gelukkig maakten de comfortabele bedden veel goed. Ik ben benieuwd hoe de standaard huisjes zijn, want het verschil met onze ‘luxe’ variant lijkt beperkt. Al met al een fijne plek om te verblijven, maar met ruimte voor wat vernieuwing."
