'Astley Cottage was a calm retreat for two. What a wonderful outlook over the Daylesford bushland. The Cottage is well appointed with King size bed and delightful sheets and a spa and fire place to create the perfect couples retreat.'

'The cottage and surrounds were inviting and peaceful. Bed linen was beautiful, though we did find the mattresses too firm for us. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace kept the cottage cosy and warm. We also enjoyed the bookcase filled with an interesting mix of books and games, as well as the hammock and a fire by the dam to take in the beautiful starry sky. Elbert was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'A beautiful private little hide away. Very clean and was lovely to wake up and open the blinds to see the beautiful gardens through the large windows. There are two other accomodations as part of this property making it ideal if you are travelling with friends and want to book more than one. 'We had a great stay at the property, it was exactly what we needed! The property is conveniently located being so close to town (walking distance).
