'The pool area and ocean views were spectacular. I would recommend for first time visitors when balcony views of port are vacant instead of charging additional $40 they upgrade guests at no charge. They do this at Atlantis. Food court more restaurants should be available for breakfast. Sit down restaurants. Cracked egg should be more focused on customer service. Waitress charged incorrect price and instead of handling had to call manager and he seemed he didn't care an imposition took over 15...

'Overall good experience. Best rate through Expedia. The room was clean the latch lock on the door was a little old and should be replaced as it gave us some problems with securing the door. Not a deal breaker just noting. Beds were comfortable. Nice staff. Room service was a bit pricey but the food was good. Buffet was also an option for a lower price however we needed to have breakfast early at 6:30am because we had a full day plan.'
