'The hotel is clean and staff is friendly.'

'Booked a king room. My husband and I were put into a double room because “a few of the king rooms weren’t cleaned and housekeeping was gone.” We were there multiple nights. This was never corrected and we were not offered to move rooms during our multiple nights stay. No discount or anything else offered because “a double room is the same price as a king.”'

'Room was not clean bathroom Was not clean dirt and hair all over the bathroom. Sheets were stained Tv didn’t work the first night we arrived'

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!'

'Breakfast was a joke, room was VERY small, bathroom even smaller'

'The inside of the building smelled bad near the room, as did the inside of the room. Toilet ran all night and toilet seat and faucet of sink was broken. Air conditioning made room super humid which added to the smell. Asked for second night to be refunded because of this and that we were not going to stay a second night, but hotel refused.'
