We asked about it as we were leaving and were told all that was removed because of Covid. (That makes no sense to me.) They said they could bring us dishes if requested. 'This hotel is probably gonna be broken down just like Tropicana. The owners are not spending any money on maintenance anymore.
Personnel and Guests had only 1 elevator to share because all guest elevators have been out of service for months.

'De accommodatie is zeer goed gelegen, vlak naast de MGM Grand. Je mag hier geen grote luxe verwachten, maar op zich is alles aanwezig wat nodig is.
Alleen zijn we een dag vroeger vertrokken omdat we na drie dagen nog steeds geen “housekeeping” gezien hadden. Nochtans hebben we hier dagelijks voor gebeld en werd ons telkens beloofd dat ze onmiddellijk zouden komen.
De klachten die ik vaak las over de lift kan ik niet bevestigen. We hebben 1 keer 5 minuten gewacht op de lift, wat op dat ogenblik...

'I didn't realise I was actually booking an airbnb.
They did no cleaning, I had to clean the bath before we used it. We virtually had no tv the whole time we were there(10 nights). We reported this to them 3 times and it took 8 days for somebody to appear. The reception staff were very helpful but were unable to do anything because it was a third party who ran it. '

'They have 3 pools. One was closed and other two have an occupancy limit so were not able to use any. Room did not come with complimentary water like it said. Nice coffee bar but also no complimentary coffee. One of the front desk workers was rude after us being there for an hour since expedia did not book our room. Water in bathroom kept clogging. 'The property was not a familly suit, it was a studio room , no balcony as promised in the details, no full kitchen. The sink garburator wasn't working, so we couldn't do the dishes. No coffee machine as promised. the freezer was completely frozen over. To say we were truly disappointed with the service, the owner never got back to us to help fix the problems of the room and still its non responsive to our call. I do not recommend this room '

"For me the perfect spot for an affordable stay. A lot of restaurants and shops at walking distance. Uber to the airport 25 and the strip 10 dollars. They also provide a shuttle. "
