'My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. 'Thankfully, we were able to stay at the Holiday Inn after this hotel gave our room away. The staff told us that someone had already taken our room, even though we had a reservation. Most hotels in the area were sold out, so this created a very stressful situation during our road trip. In addition, the location felt sketchy and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling on a road trip with family.'
