'There was some hairs in the bathroom but overall clean. Very comfortable beds. We stayed on the 1st floor which was a bit noisy so fyi. Otherwise a great stay.'

'Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.'

'My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. 'Room was very clean. We didn't run into any problems at all. We didn't have opportunity to have a breakfast since we left very early. Property has on site parking, paid, $15 per night. For the price of the room you pay it could be complimentary.'

'When you booked it third party, they overbooked and tell not sure why it’s letting you booked but we have no rooms and there’s nothing we can do. Refund takes forever to get one because the third party thinks your checked in and your not and you end up sleeping in your car.'

'The only positive is that they have air conditioning. No amenities. No shampoo. No soap. The bathtub was gross. Would pick somewhere else.'

'The blanket and one of the pillows had stains, we had to go to the front desk to tell them our TV said it didn't have service and they gave us a different remote that "might help" (it had tape holding the batteries in, but did indeed help us turn the TV to the correct channel for hdmi), there was only 1 washer and dryer that took quarters but they didn't have a way to get quarters, our floor reeked of marijuana, and the free breakfast was the skimpiest I've ever seen.'

'Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!'
