I feel it is only fair to recognize that this is one of the nicest, cleanest, best-located, best-furnished, best-designed, and most stylish hotels I have ever stayed in. Besides this, the Parking and breakfast are included. The fact that the hotel is relatively new certainly contributes to its pristine condition. 'This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!'

'Ontvangst was prima en de kamer ook. De borg is 150 dollar en dat is absurd. We zijn nu een week verder en het is nog steeds niet vrijgegeven op de creditcard. Alle andere hotels wel dus en een hoge borg en laat vrijgeven. Daarnaast was het ontbijt slecht. Toen we aankwamen was alles leeg (7.30 uur). 'I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Amarillo. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Bucces, restaurants, and other attractions. There are also several dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Amarillo.'

'Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience'

'The apt is great. Very cute and immaculately clean. Quiet despite being on the frontage road. Our stay would’ve been perfect but the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t find the modem/router. So no wifi meant no tv since it’s streaming. We wanted to get home to use the wifi since cell service in town was bad, but no luck. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged so we had to be using the kitchen sink. Parking is limited (and tight) to one spot since it’s 6 units together in the building.'

'Not the best stay. The TV only worked about half the time, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom difficult to use. On top of that, I was charged a fee for my service animal, which was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, the room had maintenance issues and the service did not meet expectations.'

'Positive reviews on Expedia will make you question the validity and trustworthiness of reviews. This place was labeled as "family friendly" and it is right next to an adult lingerie shop complete with the homeless encampment on the side. There is a huge billboard out front (not the hotel's billboard) advertising an adult sex toy shop in the area. The area looks sketchy. You would be better to go 2 miles down the road.
