'I paid extra money to enjoy the pool and its services. Unfortunately the pool side seating was esthetically pleasing BUT staff didn't open service till well after 3pm when we were informed it should open at 2pm. No outside drinks or food are permitted on pool side, maybe next don't pay and arrive to relax unless you dont want a cold beverage by the pool. '

A convenience store would be nice, especially when it's so far to walk another facility. Also, the balconies could use lounge chairs instead of the cheesy table and chairs.
