Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly.'

'All guests checking in to room need to show id to security guard before going up to room. Room key needs to be scanned in the elevator to enable the button for the floor you need to go to. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again. Entire casino smells really nice and was clean. '

'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and...

'The room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room did have a kitchenette; if you are interested in an extended stay you can ask the front desk for cookware and they will have some available for a $50 deposit, which was promptly returned once our stay was over. The cleaning staff did a good job refreshing the room and were unobtrusive. I would highly recommend staying at this location and will do so myself on future trips to Houston.'

' Wij hebben twee jaar geleden hier ook verbleven en waren toen erg tevreden. Het viel ons nu op het het inchecken erg lang duurde en men stelde veel vragen online en dat kost veel tijd. De kamer nog steeds ruim en netjes, maar het blijft bijzonder dat er maar één deur is voor de douche en toilet. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Elke morgen een grote glimlach en een vriendelijk praatje met Julio is een leuke start van de dag. Wij verbleven hier meerdere dagen.'

'Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect.'

'Very short-staffed team trying to handle everything instead of hiring more people. The gap between the door and the floor is too large, allowing light and noise from the hallway to come into the room all night. The cleaning was excellent, but we found the coffee maker very dirty from the previous guest.'
