'Staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Hotel is in the middle of city center, so this is very convenient. We stayed on the 11th floor, but we hardly heard anything at night of the busy city center (and we stayed during Mardi Gras)'

'This place is very beautiful and the pool areas are gorgeous. The staff even went above and beyond and gave us an amazing room with a card and bottle of wine for our anniversary! The only downside was we asked for our room to be cleaned and someone relayed the message and no one cleaned the room and it ended up being an inconvenience for us, but when we notified staff what happened they really took care of us. We really enjoyed our stay ! '

'Everything was perfect! From the courteous front desk help to how beautiful the hotel is. Wonderful ocean view from the top floor overlooking the gulf. The pool was heated and clean. The only thing missing to me was a jacuzzi. Highly recommend. '

'Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon.
