'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'Friendly staff, every morning you would see the grounds staff cleaning the pools and the grounds, we seen security walking the grounds daily. Nightly you would see the grounds crew cleaning up the patio area. Housekeepers / laundry attendants always busy. Beach access easy and steps away. We visited right after Labor Day. '

'I had read some reviews that weren’t favorable, however, we had no complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My grandson loved the arcade, The Pier and the pool area. Our room was clean and the bathroom was roomy. Food was good at both Margaritaville and the pizza place. We would definitely go back. '

'We were only here three nights during Labor Day 2025, but Beachside was perfect for us. Access to the beach, the wonderful swimming pool, restaurants, shopping, etc, all at the hotel or a short walk away. Will I go here again? ABSOLUTELY!!!'

'Love the location...it's away from the busyness of the main strip. It's close to Pier Park. The beach and pool were not crowded. The room was great with a great view of the beach. '
