'Breakfast was very sub par not hot or fresh. Beds had a lot of staining. Ac took awhile to get room cold. When asked for a fan was told there weren’t any. '

'First room we had had a significant water leak. Got moved to Another room that had burn marks on the blankets. Dried blood on the bathroom door. Dried blood on the wall near the table. Exhaust fan did not work properly. Coffee maker was in non-working order. '

The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. 'Everything was not bad they need some improvement'

'Great room for me, my daughter and three grands. Accommodations were perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool!'

'Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. 'This was my favorite hotel we have stayed at in the KC area. Big rooms, great location, friendly staff and clean. We were disappointed at breakfast when we were there 30 minutes before closing time and they were already out of waffle batter, yogurt, cups for juice and no fresh fruit. But the rest of the experience was fantastic. '
