'Beautiful home and great host!'

'Do not be fooled by the pictures. This property was built in 1989 and it smells and looks old. We walked in, looked around and walked out. The photos are enhanced to show beautiful bright modern accommodations. The exit off the pool to the dock had loose, missing and broken tiles. The chairs were in the canal and appeared to have been there a while. There were small insects in the downstairs bathroom. The host will respond they are a family owned local business with 5 star ratings.'

'We had a wonderful stay this week end. The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The location was convenient, and we felt very comfortable at home throughout our stay. Host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!'

'Met de familie het huis 1 week bewoond. Kamer verdeling prima, de keuken niet geheel schoon. De woning is enigszins verouderd, maar wel praktisch. Prima week gehad, elke ochtend dolfijnen langs zien zwemmen. De housekeeping mag iets intensiever schoonmaken.'

'We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of seven. The host was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The pool was amazing and definitely a highlight for everyone. The location is also great, close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!'

'This is the only one, the real house to enjoy a weekend in Marco Island. I don't have words to describe this house and its location. Amazing.'

'We had a fabulous stay.'

'Overall, this property has a great location with an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was a highlight of our stay. However, the home itself fell short of expectations for the price point. The house lacked comfortable seating, and the furnishings felt worn and outdated. There was visible mold on the back exterior of the house, which the owner seemed surprised by when notified, as it clearly had been there for a while. The bedroom closest to that area also had an odor, so we chose not to use it...

'If you’re looking to get away from everything, this is a great spot. Home was clean and had all the amenities I needed.'

'Everyone was fine & as described. '
