'everything was wonderful'

'The accommodation was perfect for me. Little expensive for what you get. Would be amazing if it was a bit cheaper for the stay. stayed for 22 days and for some reason they started cleaning my room every day the last 6 days. Before that i needed to ask for new towels because the cleaned it every 5 days. Still enjoyed my stay and would go here again if i find a good deal for it.'

'Every aspect was wonderful about our stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Goodyear,Arizona. This was a quick staycation for my husband for Father’s Day, and it exceeded my expectations. 'There was no Wi-Fi no TV you had to download your own apps. The vending machines were out of service. The door lock barely worked. I’ll let you in the service was mediocre. Never answered the phone when you call them.'

'When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened our door and walked into our room and then walked out and when I called I was told I don't know who it is, but then they called back and said oh it was housekeeping they thought that you had checked...

'Even though it was an older motel it was clean and the air conditioner worked great in the room we were in. The bed was comfy too They let us check in a half hour earlier and we were so thankful after doing a red eye the night before'

'For being a newer property we were disappointed with 2 days of them running out of towels. We had to go buy towels at Target because they rarely had wash cloths. They are supposed to clean your room on the 3rd day, that never happened. They said they were sold out and too busy. The laundry room was dirty, doesn’t seem like anyone has been in there to clean in a long time. Breakfast is the same at every home 2 suites. Nothing to be too excited about. Same cereal everyday and some sort of cold...

'We enjoyed the large rooms and separate bedroom and the cleanliness. The amenities were lovely, breakfast delicious and staff very friendly and helpful!! Enjoyed our stay...thank you !'

'Room furniture selection awkward to use. Refrigerator had no freezer section. Housekeeping schedule made sense. All staff friendly & helpful. No tv access to local news. No alcohol available in "Snack" store. Well-equipped gym.'

'Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. '
