One of the standout features of Sea Salt is the breathtaking view across the sand dunes. Large picture windows in both the upper and lower living areas—as well as three of the bedrooms—frame sweeping views where you can watch kangaroos and ibis grazing as the sun sets over the hills toward Victor Harbor.

In cooler months, enjoy the warmth and comfort inside, or during summer make the most of the three spacious decks—perfect for evening drinks and long coastal sunsets. When night falls, gather around the fire pit with a glass of wine and toast marshmallows under the stars.

UPPER LEVEL
- Large light filled open plan living, kitchen, dining area with panoramic views, daybed, flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning & an office nook.
- Brand new kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and large family sized fridge freezer.
- Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, large picture window and luxury ensuite.
- Second Bedroom upstairs can be configured as a King bed or 2 King Singles and also has a large Bathroom just next door.
- Panoramic stacking sliding doors open to decks on either side of the living space, so you can always find a sheltered spot to relax while still admiring the panoramic view.

GROUND LEVEL
- Second living area complete with a second fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and full size fridge.
- Living area opens onto a large sun filled deck on the ocean side offering uninterrupted views across the reserve to the sand dunes and also to a private sheltered alfresco.
- Variety of card & board games have been provided for the whole family to enjoy along with Free Unlimited WiFi to entertain the whole family.
- 3 further bedrooms downstairs; 2 Queen rooms with large picture windows and a large bunk room sleeping 4.
- Upon request, a porta-cot or trundle bed & highchair can also be supplied without extra charge.
