'Het complex is wat verouderd en de 5 sterren zijn naar mijn mening twijfelachtig. Geen portier aanwezig om te assisteren met koffer als je aan komt bijvoorbeeld. Ook is het binnenste van het hotel in de openlucht gebouwd, daardoor hoor je de liftbel continue als iemand tussen de 3 en de 9 verdieping op de liftbel drukt. Hadden last van kakkerlakken op de kamer (kamer was schoon, maar hotel ligt aan rand van regenwoud) en kregen onmiddellijk een andere kamer. Ontbijt was prima, ook aparte glutenvrije afdeling.'

'The accommodation is a bit dated. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable for me and for some reason around 4 to 5pm our room started smelling like we were in a "soup kitchen". I do not know where the smell came from, if there was an actual kitchen closely or if it was the hotel kitchen, but that was quite uncomfortable for us.
