'This house was beautiful! Not just the house, but the property as well. We stayed with seven adults and four kids and no one felt squished. 'My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to catch up with some friends. The house was awesome, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The neighborhood was perfect for running or walking. We chose this area because it was a good halfway point between us and our friends, but I'm glad we decided to stay at Joe's place. The pool was awesome. Joe was responsive with any questions we had. The only con is that there were lots of flies, but we were able to manage with the fly swatters provided, and additional items that we purchased. "We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
