'The house was great for a long weekend with the family and our pets. The property was very large, ideal for football and frisbee and the fire pit was a nice way to end each day. The house was quaint with everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and easy to use with privacy and a view. The yard went right up to river. If only the fish were biting a bit more often :)'

'Hot tub was very clean, in fact chemical service came on second day of stay. House is tastefully decorated, with large tub downstairs that my wife loved and a great Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Walkable distance to hiking trail. Peace and quiet in the woods, in fact only saw one other resident while we were hiking. Plentiful wild life, we saw numerous deer and I even watched a bobcat for a little bit from the back deck! Whole thing couldn't have been any easier.'

'The setting was lovely, wonderfully quiet and secluded in the woods, and the cabin was very comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved hiking in the nearby Cacapon Resort State Park and it great being pretty close to the nice restaurants of Berkeley Springs.'

'Secluded with a lot of trees around the house. Screened porch, outside areas, living areas, and kitchen are very nice, ENtire house and areas were clean. Tony was always very quick to respond to text inquiries. Excellent WIFI, online house manual with videos on how to use the hot tub was helpful.Near Berkley Springs. The master bedroom is large, updated and clean. The second bedroom is small and a little dated.'

'The hot tub was perfect temperature. The property was as advertised and shown in the pictures. Directions were great, check-in was a breeze. The weather was great so we weren’t in doors much. Home was clean and had everything we needed. The host has added a “Zero water” filter so there’s no sulfur taste that another reviewer mentioned. The wi-fi worked well during our stay. '

'This was just what my doctor's ordered. Relaxation!! Place was nice, clean and cool. Although i cooked a lot we still were able to check out the local fare. Definitely recommend Panorama Public House for Dinner and the view was amazing as we watched the sunset. Charlotte's for breakfast is also a must. Plentiful and the caramel pancakes were delicious. 'The house was wonderful for the 6 of us including a baby. There are views of the forest at every angle and it was so peaceful. Everyone really liked the porch on the top floor.
