Other Things to Note:

PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details.



All reservations made within 4 days of arrival or without registration will be subject to a $50 fee.



*We don't provide firewood for the fireplace, please plan accordingly*



*We are in the process of replacing the fan in the living room as it doesn't currently work*



Must be 21+ to rent the house.

$75 pet fee per pet for the entire stay.

No cats allowed for stays over 3 nights.



*Please be advised that we require our non-Airbnb guests to provide a clear copy of Government ID before arrival*



*Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If not, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booking.*
