'I had an oceanfront room and this was an exceptional stay. From the check in assistance by Julia at the front desk, to Gustavo at my check out, I had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt for 4 days and I'd definitely be back here again. I am very sensitive to noise and even though the oceanfront room is by the avenue, the soundproofing of the balcony door was so superb, once you close it, the whole noise of the outer world is away from you. 'Wonderful place and staff! I flew in from Tampa via Miami. Was tired after getting the carm with Localiza as usual and getting there. My partner Monica checked in the day before and met me at the airport.
