'The Improvement in the hotel over a year ago was phenomenal the breakfast buffet should have a senior discount but I did feel very well taken care of by the staff our room was clean the bar was great'

'Was a very clean room. Tons of pillows on the bed in which I loved. Somehow got a top floor room with a great view of the river. '

'Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. '

'Horrible, and I would not have made it a big deal had they given my money back but I got there saw the place looked nothing like the pictures and wanted my money back instantly. Literally 5 mins after it was booked. They refused to give me any kind of refund. I was on the phone an hour had to call 2x the whole time my kids are in the car bc they refused to give me my money. I’m still trying to get my money back for a room I never stayed at. DO NOT BOOK!!! They steal peoples money refuse refunds....

'Walking in the smell of mold and smoke was strong. Got key to room, again the smell was pretty gross, found black dots all over the bed. The pool was closed.. looked for good. I couldn’t stay there is canceled and left.. elevator last inspected 2021'

'No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.'

'The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.'

'This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place...

'This place is very run down and dirty. It's also very inexpensive so you get what you pay for. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and it was quiet and not a lot of people staying there. The parking lot always seemed to have sketchy people sitting in their cars. Otherwise felt safe. I do not recommend if you can afford better. '

'Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...

'Bathroom floor in our room was not clean. We wiped it with a towel and it came back black. The breakfast was limited. No microwave for oatmeal but they had oatmeal packets. Fruit, waffles, everything else was good. They had eggs and sausage, I didn’t eat any but my husband and daughter did. They were kept in a metal food container but it didn’t have a warmer under it or anyway to keep it warm. The milk was in an unmarked container that was not see through so you couldn’t really tell if it was...

'Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better.'

'We had a very nice room. Maybe lucky but the women at the front desk was very nice and we get an excellent room. Big and nice. The downside was that the keys did not worked after the 2nd day and the man behind the front desk make you feel that you are to problem. Not nice'

'We wouldn’t even take a shower there due to how nasty the bathroom tub was. Which for me was hard for a Two night stay. We checked the beds as we always do and no bugs was there or no bed bug spots or no roaches came which was a plus but they need to use bleach or something to get those bathrooms cleaned better. Staff was really nice, restaurant next door is a hard no but it was the only thing around. Hotel just needs to be updated and deeply cleaned '
