'Overall, this is a great place to stay. It is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The apartment was much smaller than I anticipated. Also the stairway from the street to the apartment was absolutely filthy. Not necessarily something the owners have control over, but you should be aware that it was quite shocking. The inside of the apartment was relatively clean however the bathroom needed some extra attention as there was hair in the sink and in the shower...

'Communication with the host was not as expected. I had to reach out and ask for check-in details (not listed in guest portal). We chose the property for WiFi in order to accommodate work from home needs and didn’t receive the password until the day we left. I asked for the WiFi password multiple times, and received automated responses unrelated to my questions. My advice would be to update guest portal information and provide a printout in the property with pertinent information for ease of...

'It’s a camper, so have the camping mindset (as in: don’t leave food out, and bugs are inevitable). We were surprised to have a neighbor close by, be ready for that, too.The bed is a full, so for the tall: be ready for that as well. The hosts are accommodating, they warned us that the grill was unusable but had a backup plan available to us (thank you!)Entering the property is easy and the instructions for your stay are thorough and easy to follow.‘Twas a lovely time, this place is beautiful! 'The loft was amazing. Exactly as described and shown in photos. There were so many ways in which Angela went above and beyond. She left fruit and snacks for us; she had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, down to a milk frother; she had umbrellas and workout equipment for us to use. I could go on. The neighborhood was also fantastic with easy parking and quick access to great shopping and restaurants. Communication was excellent. Check in/out was seamless. We will absolutely stay...

'BEWARE! The photos and the description of this place were not at all representative of the actual room that we stayed in. We arrived kinda late at night and our pre-paid fees were non-refundable, or we would have gone elsewhere. So here's what we experienced: 1. This is listed as a non-smoking room. WRONG! It was obvious people smoked in the room. In fact, the room's one and only chair had about a dozen cigarette burns in it. 2. The trim around the edges of the "desk" had all been torn away,...

'We stayed for 7 days and it was amazing. The unit itself was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfy and it was great to have a fully appointed kitchen. They were thoughtful about your daily needs, such as extra toilet paper, tissue and quality towels (large and soft). Another caveat was a full size washer and dryer. Parking was not an issue and great neighborhood. You can't beat the location centrally located to a lot of areas. Coffee shops down the street as well as restaurants. We...
