Erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel, goede uitval basis om activiteiten te ondernemen. Fijne staff die overal bij wilde helpen en een ruime en schone hotelkamer. Enige minpunt was de gym waarvan het hardloop apparaat tijdens ons verblijf kapot was en niet gemaakt werd, terwijl dit een van de belangrijke redenen was om dit hotel te boeken.

Heerlijk hotel aan het strand
Luxe hotel aan het strand. De kamer is lekker ruim. Een heerlijk (groot) bed. Maar vooral het ontbijt is waarom je hier zou moeten verblijven. Ruime keuze aan producten die vers voor je worden gemaakt. (Het uitzicht over zee waar je aan je ontbijt dolfijnen kan zien is ook niet verkeerd). Voor een luxe en relaxed verblijf zit je hier goed

prachtig hotel met mooi uitzicht over het strand en de zee. Kamer is vernieuwd en oogt modern. geen negatieve ervaringen met dit hotel. auto gratis geparkeerd in de garage, ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid.

What an awful experience, the service and standards are not anything I’ve known about this establishment. From security levels where lifts were not working or had access to anyone. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night endlessly which increased my anxieties and stress levels ended up cancelling my meetings as I was sleep deprived and worried for my safety. I am not sure about returning at this stage it was such an utterly bad experience.

At least 4 people in the double room next door playing loud music. Complained to staff three times. Only when we complained at 1am did the staff move us. No VIP Expedia benefits. Just rubbish.

The staff was very unhelpful and unprofessional. For such an upmarket hotel the experience was the worst I ever had. Will not refer anybody. Except for the view it was not a nice experience at all.

Disappointing Stay
Disappointing stay. Guy who checked me in was clueless, this Morning from 8am the room next door to me sounded like a construction site, with no common courtesy checking with the surrounding guest if it’s okay for the maintenance team to be making such a disturbing noise. When bringing up with reception the lady was not interested at all. Just said sorry she wasn’t aware.

Stayed one night. We were not informed about load shedding, therefore we experience, admittedly a very period of time in the dark but wish we had known it was going to happen as it was scary trying to find a phone the dark. The breakfast staff were very friendly.
