'We stayed here for an extended weekend for the UNC graduation. Perfect location, close enough to Chapel Hill but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Grocery stores & restaurants close by along with state parks. The listing is very accurate. The fenced back yard is secure & large. Lots of space inside & out! We saw deer every day. 'We reserved the Santorini cottage but the owners asked us to upgrade to the sprawling 4BR 4BA home. It was lovely! The land is so peaceful and the condition of the house was perfect. Very well-equipped kitchen. I can only assume that the smaller cottage was as nice as the big home on the same land. Both had fenced yards for dogs which our dog thoroughly enjoyed.'

'The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch.'

'We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect since I have a daughter and her family in Mebane. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfy. Downtown graham was so much fun. Also the shopping and outlet center was nearby.'
