French château on Lake Granbury. A covered veranda with a hot tub elevated over the water. Sleeps 18.
Between the home and the lake, a private pool with sun loungers creates a dedicated space for daytime gathering. Above it, the covered veranda becomes the center of the experience, with an oversized hot tub, lounge seating, dining tables, and a direct line of sight over the water guests don't expect until they see it in person. Below, a cantilevered dock, kayaks, a grill at the water's edge, and a lakeside fire pit create an outdoor flow groups move through all day and rarely leave.
Inside, the Kensington Primary Suite is anchored by a one-of-a-kind vintage round king. The West Palm Bunk Room sleeps 12 in one communal space with its own living area and direct pool access. Interiors are layered with Round Top antiques and collected pieces that feel intentional, not decorated.
