Water is around 7 feet deep at the end of the dock, so last one in is a rotten egg! Speaking of rotten eggs, this entire area is serviced by well water and house water can have a sulphur smell. All measures taken to lessen it with various water treatments, but it can still be noticeable! Amazing master bathroom shower lends a true spa like atmosphere. Pack n'play for infants or small children, kids utensils,toys and coloring books to keep them busy! 5 kayaks are provided along with multiple sizes of life jackets. Bring your own floats and sit out in the water all day! Truly a paradise here in Texas. Close to DFW, less than an hour from Fort Worth and so many other day trip destinations such as Glen Rose and Waco. Good fishing off of the dock so bring your poles. Boat launch is a 30 second drive if you bring your boat or jet skis! Local grocery at the end of the road for last minute shopping. Make some amazing memories here at Sunrise Bay!
