Furthermore, a compact breakfast bar located in the center of the kitchen can seat two and is surrounded by custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and exquisite tile work on the backsplash, while also providing access to the hallway bathroom.
The primary bedroom suite is unique to this specific condominium, featuring a queen-sized bed, a fully renovated bathroom, and an additional sleeping area situated in the alcove of the main room, which also includes a queen-sized bed and a gas fireplace.

Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
