'The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.'

'Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. 'Wat een prettig hotel. De faciliteiten kunnen echter wel een update gebruiken en als dat gedaan zou zijn was de score hoger geweest. De keuken is goed en de keuze is redelijk uitgebreid. Wij hadden all-inclusive en dat is zeker aan te bevelen want als je alles los moet betalen dan schrik je wel van de prijzen.De ligging is aan een super mooi strand. '
