'The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.'

'The room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, the property is nice with great views of the beach. It is off the main road so a car rental or taxi service will need to be used if you want to explore the island. A free beach shuttle is offered so thats a plus, we didnt eat on property as we were mostly out.'

'Wat een prettig hotel. De faciliteiten kunnen echter wel een update gebruiken en als dat gedaan zou zijn was de score hoger geweest. De keuken is goed en de keuze is redelijk uitgebreid. Wij hadden all-inclusive en dat is zeker aan te bevelen want als je alles los moet betalen dan schrik je wel van de prijzen.De ligging is aan een super mooi strand. '

'We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...

'Grote kamer met balkon. Op enkele stappen van het strand met keuken. Complete keuken waar je zelf prima maaltijden kunt maken. Badkamer is ruim, maar douche was in de kamer niet echt prettig. Personeel is vriendelijk.'

'First of all, mosquitoes devour me. I stayed at the Loyalton many times and never had mosquitoes bite me. The breakfast didn't do it for me. The shower was cold, no lotion for your body, and the place didn't do it for me. Never again. I didn't like it.'

'Our room was cleaned daily by a committed housekeeping staff. Lorene & Ingrid were exceptional, warm and friendly. They were limited by the lack of resources. Gem is conveniently located on a beach, however the rooms are showing their age and it is clear that management has not invested in updating the room in a very long time. Basic things like a running toilet tank, having to hold the lever to get the toilet to flush, a refrigerator that leaks, all reflect the lack of intention to the small...
