'We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. 'Redelijk hotel om een paar nachten te verblijven, niet super'

'The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. 'We had just gotten off a 15 hour flight. We arrived at about 11:30pm. The lady at the front desk said we could not check in until the next morning!!!! We canceled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel.'

'I stayed here for two days in Dec2013. Initially, it was hard to find (check in at Loui Hotel) but everything was OK. The room is large, quiet, bed is good, shower is alright and I found it pleasant that you just live as if you have your own apartment there. Busses leave in front of the building.'

'We were there 5-10 minutes and left. The first rooms they gave us smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They second rooms were worse. The bathrooms were gross, outdated and falling apart. Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel." '
