My Blue Haven: This is the perfect place to experience quintessential Western Michigan! Make a memorable vacation in this 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath, Lake Michigan cottage-style home with room for 10. Spacious upper living area with great views of the Lake.
Take in a gorgeous sunrise or sunset from the large wraparound outdoor sitting area overlooking Lake Michigan. Fantastic location, just steps to the beach, a short distance to restaurants, shopping, and more! The ideal vacation for friends and family to gather, relax, and make memories.

The house features 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room and dining area that overlook Lake Michigan. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, and all standard appliances. There is a TV in the main living area, internet is provided as well.

Upper Level: has a spacious kitchen, large bedroom, dining area, living room, as well as bonus sitting area.
Lower Level: features two spacious bedrooms with a walkout to a deck overlooking Lake Michigan, a bunk room, and another spacious bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

SLEEPING: This Lake Michigan cottage-style home sleeps 9-10 comfortably. Off the main level, there are two bedrooms; the first bedroom has a queen-size bed with a walkout to a beautiful deck perfect for an evening sunset with a glass of wine or morning coffee. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. The main level also features a bunk room to sleep two comfortably. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed. EATING The open-concept kitchen boasts a large eat-in bar perfect for a quick breakfast or coffee. There is also a dining area overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan through the expansive living room windows.

PARKING There is plenty of parking!! space for (2) cars in the driveway or an additional (1-2) in the Newly renovated additional parking area to the right of the home.
